VDI sessions are slow

Were trying to roll out view client and have to a number of users with the assistance of a vendor but currently cannot get past the latency issues were having with Office 365 installed apps. Were using profile unity to push out apps and all were hearing is excel, outlook, word etc are all slow. Any ideas where to look for this latency issues?

This Discussion has been successfully moved from VMware® Horizon™ View Bootcamp to VMware® Horizon View™

During this rollout has there been a point where everything was working fine?   During periods of complaint have you monitored Storage, CPU, and Memory for your vSphere environment?

No Office and other proprietary applications have always been slow. Our vendor had this environment living on sata disks for storage but we've since moved this environment to SAS disks. Haven't really monitored the cpu or memory.

If you do not use ProfileUnity to push the apps and have them installed on the base VM instead do you still have performance issues?
