VDI Desktop resolution and scaling congested - cannot navigate an entire window / document

The remote desktop does not allow user to adjust display settings or scaling options.  The VMWare log in screen appears normal scale and font size but once logged into the VDI, the icons & tool bar take up so much spaced that some windows cannot be seen or navigated entirely, so that I cannot grab, reduce or otherwise select anything for the purpose of functioning within the windows environment.

Make sure you are using View agent 7.10 or higher and latest view client.

 

Also test this on any Windows Client machine

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Client

AllowDisplayScaling  (REG_SZ)
