Hello,

I had a similar issue with my environment after doing a Windows update to my gold image and redeploying. In essence, the agent was corrupted. The solution was to refresh after deleting and readding the agent from the gold image.

For my non-gold image systems, I just had to delete and reinstall the Agent after the update. Windows updates did something, what I do not know.

Hello,

Yes, remove and install the same version you already had or the latest for that major version. I.e. I had 6.2.0 installed, I removed that, and installed 6.2.2. Stay in the same major release is all I can say.

Best regards,

Edward.

Hi Edward,

Thanks I will try this option.

Also one more Thing, our CAD VDI has goes high CPU Utilization continuesly and VDI goes Restart automatically. our users using Autodesk and Solid works applications in CAD VDI and having 16 GB RAM. is this sufficient configuration to run those application.

is that the cause of this.??

please confirm!

Hello,

High CPU is not the issue IMHO. In my case it was an update. Updates often happen on reboot depending on setup.

Hello,

Then use the version you do have. To get access you need an account. Use your account tied to the license you have and viola you should be able to download. If not, then you need to contact VMware Tech Support because that is the only way I know to get licensed material from VMware. BTW, if you can download the agent that is not the part that handles the license itself, that is the view manager.
