dear all,
my view manager version is 3.1. ESX server is 3.5U3.
most of our end-users update their office2003 to office2007 on their own xp. After update finished, the xp is reboot.
we can see the desktop resource status is Ready. however, the end-user can not connect their own vd.
i have to reboot these vd via administator role in view manager.
Anybody get same problem? Why it is happened?
