Users do not get display choice dialog

I have users who connect to VMs via VMWare View, and they can log in fine, but they never get the dialog to choose how their display should be configured (Full Screen, Multimonitor, Mirrored, etc.). How is it they're not receiving this dialog and how do I give it back to them? A screenshot of the dialog is attached.

Check if they have activated the "Automatically connect to this desktop" option.

Where is that option? Mind you, this is View 4.6.

It's in the menu bar they have during the session, under Options
