I have a generic user for one of our classrooms that has entitlements for 2 different pools. Whenever this user logs in on either a PCoIP zero client or the Horizon client, the user does not get a choice and is immediately shunted into one pool, and always the same pool. I verified there are no disconnected sessions for this user in that pool, and on the Horizon client, in the pool space, I do see that both pools are there, but it always goes directly into this single pool. I also have seen this behavior with regular users, too, where they have access to multiple pools, but on login, always get shunted to single pool they have an entitlement in.. Any ideas on how to stop this behavior?
