User session disconnects after connection server reboot or if connection server not responidng

we replaced the security servers with UAGS recently, from that time we started noticing that user session getting dropped if we restart the connection server and we made sure the tunneling is disabled on the connection server and all the users are tunneled through the UAGs. we did not see this behavior with security servers in place.

Connection servers - 7.11

UAG 3.10

agent -  7.11

cant find any thing in the logs , any pointers will help

You are routing the traffic thats being dropped through the UAGs as well, a common setup is to use split dns where external traffic goes to the UAG or Securtity servers and all internal traffic goes to the connection servers.

External User session should not disconnect if it is being tunnel via UAG.

Please make sure on the Connection server all 3 tunnel, including HTTPS Secure Tunnel, Blast and PCOIP are unchecked.

Also on the UAG, the tunnel setting should include everything external and not Connection Server FQDN / IP or Connection server VIP

yes, we made sure the connection servers tunnels are disabled and enabled on UAGs and they are pointing to External VIP
