User cannot change password when expired

Dear all,

User login through vmware horizon client when password expired, they cannot change password.

Notify: You do not have permission to change your password. Please contact to administator.

I check log on Connection Server: User has failed to authenticate to vdm.

Connection Server and Component management: domain A

User Domain B. I trust between A and B.

So, how to fix this problem?

yes, I trust two-way. The user in domain A. Connection server join domain B. I try new password, do not meet old password Or security standard.
