We are using View 6.0.1, View Agent 6.0.1, and the 3.2 Horizon Client. The virtual machines are Windows 7 SP1. Associates are connecting over PCoIP to their machines. They are connecting to a Manual Desktop Pool.
I have one associate that cannot see USB devices. I have tried reinstalling the agent on their machine and this did not help. I had this person use other USB devices and they are not recognized as well.
Does anybody have other suggestions I can try?
