I am currently using Horizon Enterprise for 100 users, what I am really doing with it can be done from Horizon Apps Standard apart from the vSAN functionality. I want to use same vSAN cluster for my another 900 users but for those I want to run horizon apps standard which will further use RDSH hosts for publishing applications & desktops (dtop to some only few users), obviously we need to add more hosts into the same cluster & in my opinion horizon licenses are based on users not number of processors so I believe I will be able to add hosts into vSAN cluster of Horizon Enterprise & then create RDSH VMs to publish applications & Desktops to 900 users.
Is it technically possible? I want to remain in compliance with VMware licensing as well
