Usb redirection in not available fot this desktop

Hi

Im having a problem with usb Redirection

Win10 build 1809

Agent 7.7

Uem 9.6

i deleted the vmware cer from the store on the master

after recompose i can see 2 CER, one of the master the second of the vm

Any Ideas ?

We need to better understand your environment.

  • Are you using the Horizon Client or thin/zero clients?
  • Which display protocol is being used?
  • Are you using UAG/Security Servers or do the clients go directly to the connection servers?
  • Is the secure gateway enabled on the connection servers?
