Upgrade Steps for View 3.0.0 to View 3.1.1 ?

In the Spring I set up a customer with VMware View Premier Edition (3.0.0) utilizing the Composer, Agents, ThinApp, etc.

I'd like to get them going on 3.1.1 - which to me would mean upgrading everything - Agents, Clients, Composer Database, etc.

Can this be done during production? I am looking for a definitive guide to do this but have not found it yet.
