'Updating Store App 1-107' runs on login

I made a new Golden Image and turned off all App Store in GPO & Reg. It does NOT load on the Golden image. But after I used the 'Optimization Tool' it will load after the Instant clone gets Published. Maybe not a big deal, but would like it NOT to run...

I do not want the app store to update when users logs on. I disabled app stores settings in the Local GPO & Regedit. It may have something to do with VMware's Optimization Tool. This is a VDI non-persistent computer. Not sure how to stop the app store update. I do need some apps to run, so i don't want to remove all apps. Not sure if Decrapifier is what i need...
