Update Certificate on Connection Server

Updating the certficate on our Horizon connection server results in a total loss of service.  Looking at Vmware documentation I found this which appears to be our issue

Update the Certificates on a Connection Server Instance (vmware.com)

However we did get an updated cert from a different provider per this Note

Would be nice if there was an actual link to the documentation that explains how to do this.  When I search VMware documentation, I don't see anything that addresses this.  Only explains how to configure UAG with cert thumbprints which we already did.  The problem is I can't connect to the admin portal on the connection server anymore now.  Web browser returns an error "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"

Any help would be appreciated.

Does the certificate you installed have to enable the exportable private key?

It didn't.  Once I re-imported and selected that it worked.  Thanks!
