Unmanaged Horizon Agent Configuration Error

Hi all

I installed the Horizon Agent in Desktop Mode on a physical Server which I want to use as Jumphost. The Agent got registered under "Registered Machines" and is showing the Agent version but has the status "Configuration error".

Reinstalled a few time and different versions, without success.

Any ideas?

Hello

Which logs do you mean? How can I get it?

On the posted KB it says the error is for virtual machine, but I have a physical server.

Can see fallowing entries in the pcoip server logs on the agent on which View Agent was installed:

LVL:0 RC:   0          EXTERN :input_devtap ==> Error, could not open keyboard filter device.

LVL:1 RC:-500     CERTIFICATE :verify_certificate: Certificate or certificate chain has time-validity error

I would check the Device Manager> System Devices to see if there are two instances of the VMware Session Monitor running. I had the same issue with one of our Dedicated Desktops and removing the one in error resolved the issue with the desktop becoming available.
