Unified access gateway with 2NIC , interface using :9443 is not accessable .

Can someone guide me WHY I am not able to Launch interface when selecting 2NIC  in unified Access gateway in Horizon.  Launch management interface using 9443 is not working, but IP is pinging. but, I did the same config when deploying UAG with 1 NIC and it works and I can easily access management interface using  :9443 .

Did you set up the static routes
