Unified Access Gateway v3.1.1 - Enable TCPDump?

Hello,

We are troubleshooting a problem that we believe is isolated down to a connection between our UAG appliances and the connecting VMware Horizon Client 4.3.  At some point after a RDP connection is established the connection times out and the session terminates.  We would like to take a closer look at the network traffic on the UAG for more clues.  Our NetAdmins are requesting a way to enable TCPDump on this appliance.

Info about the environment:

- UAG v3.1.1

- Horizon Client 4.3

- Horizon Agent 7.3.1

- Horizon Connection Server 7.3.1

- Win10 64bit OS Virtual Desktops

Attached screenshots of the disconnection from the client machine:

Is there a guide somewhere that can walk us through the process of enabling or adding this feature to our UAG's?

I just wrote a blog entry on utilizing Tcpdump on UAG 3.2.   Not sure if it will working on 3.1.1 but worth a shot.   Here's the blog: Even Gooder

Login to your UAG. Run this:

/etc/vmware/gss-support/install.sh

You're done.
