Understanding Subscription

I am new to vmware hrz. I am in the process of renewing our subscription. but I am not sure what the qty 10 means on the price summary.

VLA VMW SUB UPG HORZ ADV/ENT NAMED USR Q10 TO HORZ ENT
PLUS SUB ADDON 12MO PP

Can someone explain please. I just want to make sure I buy the right sub.

You can only purchase licenses in minimum packs of 10 (for 10 users). So, if you have 88 users for example, you need to buy 9 of those 10 packs for a total of 90 licensed users.
