Unassigned Users on Desktops

Hi, I'm looking at putting vDesk into Maintenace Mode and Unassigned the User who is currently assigned to them.

Currently using the following to Set the Machine into Maintenace

Set-HVMachine -MachineName $virtualMachine -Maintenance:ENTER_MAINTENANCE_MODE

But unable to figure out how to Assigned the user I did try

Set-HVMachine -MachineName $virtualMachine -User $null but didn't work
