Hi,
Running a pilot for View 5.2, our Event log (Under Monitoring in the VMware Horizon View Administrator) reports the following every 10 seconds
Provisioning error occurred for Machine BRHCVDI0016: Unable to remove Machine from inventory
The story around this desktop was that it hung during a refresh at 10% whilst waiting to register with a host.
We tried to delete it through the View Admin tool but thie delete job just queued on the hung tasks.
we restarted the management agents on the host which cleared the hung registering task and the delete kicked in and removed the the desktop.
Checking the event logs and the error message above started appearing
Have tried the following fixes without any luck, have not found any reference to this desktop in any of the places listed in the KB's.

Searched the GUI without luck.
Is there any other clues as to where this error may be triggered from?
