Unable to login from Chrome, Edge, Firefox...

Hi, all.

I'm using horzion view 7.13.

I was using it well, but from one day on, I get a message that failed to log in from Chrome and other browsers. 

However I can login from Internet Explorer.

So, I found KB about create 'locked.properties' file, but it doesn't worked.

How can I solve it?

I don't want to use IE anymore!

You should open a ticket with support, you need to review mainly the locked.properites file there is something missing in my experience as that's normally what breaks chrome. There are many specific settings you need to look at, below is a list of most of the options that are found over various vmware kbs.

the two that I think most peole need to consider is the balancedHost setting which is the full domain name that you access if your using a load balancer and multiple portalhost if your using UAGs, and the checkorign setting. There are reasons to use the others as, but those 3 have been the ones that I've used the most

Try to clean the cache browser

and then try to login

@sjesse I think you were right.

This issue is entirely related to the locked.properties file, and I once again created the locked.properties file and rebooted the Connection server.

NOW it is work!
