Unable to launch from pool for user machine is not ready to accept connections

Hi, 

From what I understand, some students were kicked off of their vdi sessions and then unable to connect again. I have the pool set to log off immediately if they disconnect. It seems like Horizon might have been trying to reconnect them to the same machine - and that went on for maybe 4 minutes... this happened during a final exam 😞 ...

Not sure if you still follow this, but was this a one time thing for you? I'm in an education environment and we just started seeing this same error with random students when they try to connect to a VDI pool, It doesn't happen to all. Was wondering if you found a solution. We have the pool set to 5 minutes to give the student time to reconnect just in case they disconnect themselves. We did just upgrade our esxi host and vmware tools, but same agent and Horizon. We're some builds behind on the Horizon side. Horizon 8 2106. Thanks for any info!
