Unable to connect with PCoIP protocol

Hi everyone.

Since few days, I was unable to connect to some VM with PCoIP protocol. It work fine with RDP

When I try to connect with PCoIP. I get a blank screen for 2 or 3 seconds and return to the desktop of the local computer.

This is what I have in the event of the View Manager admin :

I have try to uninstall/install VMWare View Agent on the VM.

Delete and create the VM in View Manager.

Reboot the VM and the View Manager server

Nothing change.

Do you have any idea ?

Thanks you.

Did you recently upgrade your ESX hosts to version U2? If so that breaks PCoIP. There is a KB article w/ a link to d/l an updated Tools package that fixes the issue.

That it's

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=102283...

Installed the new view agent, everything seem to work great.
