Unable to connect to VMware Horizon Client, Error: unable to resolve server address: No such host i known

Hi

While i am trying to connect to VMware Horizon Client I am Getting Error like "Unable to resolve server Address: No such Host is Known". Any idea how to resolve this error.

Any help would be much appreciated.

looks like a DNS issue... are you able to ping the address youre connecting to? does it resolve to an IP

Yes i am able to ping to that address. But same error i am getting. I have already added host file for that address. can you please help me

Are you connecting to a Connection Server or a Security Server? Are you accessing it on its internal address or are you trying remotely via the internet?

OK so typically you would have a security server in your DMZ which passes through connections to your connection server. If this is a production enviroment you should look at doing that
