Unable to connect Microphone

    Hello

i'm using Windows 10 on a desktop pc , i have connected input and output devices , then  logged on to wmware preinstalled app 5.2.0 protocol wmware blast , then i try to speak with the microphone in a windows7 environment with teams and skype but this voice is null . Do you know why ?

You need to make sure you are using RTAV feature not the USB redirection for audio-video.

Please check RTAV is configured and in use as per VMware Knowledge Base
