Unable to Connect to Desktops externally get a file not found error

Hi

I am trying to set up our view desktops so they can be accessed externally via HTML or through the client.

However I am getting the following error. Once you select a desktop to access it goes to connect before the following:pastedImage_8.png

If you click to accept the certificate you get a page with the below message. All 3 ports I think that need to be open in 443,8443 & 22443 are open.

If anyone has any idea please let me know it will be much appreciated.

404 Error Page Not Found

The page you requested (https://myserver.comE6C2-2E00-4EDD-80A5-55BA0CCBBB2D/certAccept.html) could not be found

Connecting via HTML inside our corporate firewall does not cause  an issue and it all works.

So I am assuming from outside it is not successfully connecting to the desktop even though it is going through VMBlast?

We're running into a similar issue.  On the site you accept the cert on, is it going to the IP address or DNS name of the VDI session you're trying to connect to?  This is our issue and it seems like the secure tunneling isn't working.  We're also have issues attempting to connect via PCoIP externally; everything works fine internally.  If I get any further with VMware support on this I'll make sure to add an update.  We're running View 7.2 with UAG 3.0.

Dears,

I am having the exact same problem, anything we do through the UAG it gives the below error:

https://uag.com/52ABA16E-4369-4EE0-B149-2F62BE6473C0/certAccept.html?numPages=1

I deployed UAG 3.2.1 (FIPS)

But directly (internally) connected to horizon view works.
