Unable to Add View Composer Server to VMware Horizon.

I am trying to add my View Composer server to my VMware Horizon Connections server but I keep getting an internal view error as seen below:

I can ping the View Composer server from the connections server by name and IP address. Also, the service account I created is able to log into the view composer server with no issues.

I already added the vCenter server to the VMware Horizon server with no issues.

Does the created View Composer Server user account is a member of local administrator on the View Composer machine?
