I've created a Linux pool in Horizon 7 - distro is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I've entitled account from AD to pool and to VM (our organization already uses H7 with Windows pools, works perfectly). I can authorize with this account in Horizon and connect to my VM, I can see Ubuntu login screen, but as soon as I've typed correct password for Ubuntu account and try to login, screen goes blank for couple of seconds and then I've receieving "You have been disconnected" message. It happends when I try to login to it via HTML, client app on Windows and ZeroClient, with any protocol I choose. What am I missing here?
Horizon Agent version is 7.12.0-15765535, open-vm-tools version is 11269
SinXglare, please help collect log bundle from agent side with below command (need root permission) and upload it here for further investigation.
I just checked the debug log you collected, seems you login-ed a console session using same user as you login the desktop session? if yes, please logout the console session then try the desktop session again.
Also, please check if you have synced the time of your vm with broker/vc etc.
