USB Scanner Redirection on Mac:

Hey All, I know that scanner redirection isnt supported on mac, but I was trying to redirect a scanner via USB redirection and it keeps saying "USB unavailable" any ideas on how to resolve this issue. I have tried rebooting and shutting down the mac multiple times. I have tried check the box to auto pickup usb devices as well.

I'm using the 5.5 Horizon Client on MacOS Big Sur.

Try to figure out what I need to do to get this to work! 🙂

Could you provide more details about the issue?

1. Scanner model?

2. Any chance to try Horizon client 5.5 and the same scanner on an older macOS version(10.15.x or 10.14)?

3. Does USB redirection work with any other USB device on the same macOS client machine?
