USB Redirection Under Horizon 7.2 Broken on Zero Client

After upgrading our instant clone master image from Horizon 7.1 to 7.2 Agent, the Dell P25 Teradici zero-clients show USB devices plugged into it as "Not Supported".

The zero clients are running the latest firmware and everything worked under Horizon 7.1.

If we disconnect the session and then reconnect, the USB devices become "Connected" and work.

Is the a known problem? Any solutions besides reverting back to Horizon 7.1 Agent?

Thanks.

Looks like this workaround is a solution for now. (worked for me).

It's not just you - we've had a case open with VMware with no resolution over the past week or so... It began the second we upgraded to 7.2 (from 7.0.3)... USB devices on our Dell Wyse P10DPs no longer worked (well, it would work the first time after the thin client was booted, but, then wouldn't work again)...

Our environment has UEM and AppVolumes as well... And we realized that the 7.2 agent also broke our AppVolumes Visio 2010 stack (always requiring Office reconfiguration upon first launch). Once we downgraded to the 7.0.3 agent, everything worked again..

However, we're now missing the Help Desk tool (and we can't revert to the Fling).
