USB PRINTER REDIRECTION NOT WORKING

Hi Gurus,

Please can someone help me with the USB  Printer redirection as  it is not working.

We currently have RDSH desktop  on windows 2012R2  hosted on horizon view 7 environment . The USB printer refuses to redirect but the  USB flash disk are working any help would be highly appreciated. The usb log suggest that the device is blocked . But i have not configured any policy to exclude or inlcude ..

[vmware-view-usbd] Filter Result: [UsbDeviceId: 4000001204b8000d] Device 'Seiko Epson PLQ-22' is blocked

Hi ,

After editing the  View Agent Config  and adding printer support .

I can see the printer from connect usb device but when I print i get the  print error. The driver is USB PRINTING , please can someone extend helping hand
