You can only use ADMX for GPO equivalent settings. UEM has done a good job with replacing the other features of GPO like scripts (logon/logoff).
Changes won't show up in gpresult/rsop.
I personally prefer using UEM over GPO as it allows you to have conditional deployment of settings.
