UEM / App Volumes / UAG Updated Quick Start Guides?

Greetings all -- Are there any updated guides to get the basics installed and configured for UEM, App Volumes, and UAG deployment for 7.8 or similar in a lab environment? There are so many outdated guides out there and the VMware documentation is convoluted at best.
