Hello,
I use settings for archive profile:
[IncludeFolderTrees]
<UserProfile>
But there was problem - ntuser.dat does not move. And I need this.
In the log-file I see
[WARN ] ExportFiles::ExportFile: Sharing violation for file '<UserProfile>\NTUSER.DAT'
[WARN ] ExportFiles::ExportFile: Sharing violation for file '<UserProfile>\ntuser.dat.LOG1'
[DEBUG] ExportFiles: No permission for path '<UserProfile>\AppData\Local\Application Data' and pattern '*'
[DEBUG] ExportFiles: No permission for path '<UserProfile>\PrintHood' and pattern '*'
What does this mean?
The user is the local computer administrator.
Whats the purpose of this? I don't think what your are trying will work, UEM is designed to redirect folders, zip up configurations, but not actually move the profile. While I'm not 100% but I don't think you can do anything to that file while you are logged in as that user.
I'm referring to ntuser.dat
Actually, I need a mechanism similar to Persona Managment. It works great for me on Windows 7, but unfortunately RDS is not supported. That is why I have to try UEM.
Ntuser.dat stores important program settings for us.
