UAG server refuses connection from internet

My UAG connection server fails to accept inbound connections from the internet.
We are using Horizon View 2012.
Users get the following error: "Error putting route. Reason -Connection refused: localhost/127.0.0.1:8123"
I had the issue on Wednesday night and restored the machine to a specific restore point.
Today the issue returned and had to restore the machine again.
Checked the DNS file and iptable file with no specific results.

Unfortunately, my issue infects both html and horizon client connection.

At the same time when connecting from the local net directly to the view server, users do not have any problem.

Did you ever had a certificate issue with the UAG server that might efect or cause this problem?

it could be a certificate problem, have you changed the certificates recently?
what leaves me in doubt is the fact that the problem has presented itself and then disappeared and then reappeared.
Do you have two UAGs? If so, how is balancing managed?
Do you have two or more connection servers? If so, how is balancing managed?
Have you tried using only one connection server at a time? to check if the problem occurs only when a specific connection server is active?
What version of Horizon do you have?

hello! I am also having the same problems, my configuration is as follows:2 uag in a DMZ1 in reverse proxy mode, 2 uag in a DMZ2 and 2 server connection in a LAN. Could you solve the problem?
