(Tunnel error) Vmware Horizon Client

Good day, i have an issue relating to the Horizon Client App. I will be using it for work but it keeps giving me a tunnel error (as depicted in the image uploaded) which causes the system to log me out of Horizon. It is the Vmware Horizon Client Version 2106 and Build 8.3.0 (18287501). Additionally, the system has an error whereby it keeps asking for a radius (please look at upload) after you have placed in the Entrust Token. How do i prevent this also? This will affect my productivity and I need urgent help because I start working on Monday the 27th of September. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to contact your place of employment, that is more of an error on the server side they need to look at
