TrueSSo is working but not with O365 Apps

Hello Community,

we have a working TrueSSO setup with two SubCAs and two Enrollment Servers with non-persistant Desktop-Pools.

TrueSSO works fine with our UAGs. I can do Tests with the True SSO Enrollment Server Diagnostics Tool and so on ...

What does not work is the automatic login (TrueSSO) to all O365 apps. Users still have to enter their password and 2FA/MFA.

What is going wrong here, what did I forget? Can someone give me a tip?

Isn't VMware TrueSSO only designed to work for the virtual desktops and not for O365 apps?

Having the same issue here. Have you found a solution? When signing into the UAG with TrueSSO users are prompted to sign into O365 apps but if we test logging into the connection server directly which doesn't use TrueSSO the users are signed into O365 apps automatically.
