Transfer error over the internet?

Hello folks,

Wondering if anyone sees this error when trying to check out a VM from View 5.1 over the internet (through Security server)?

Pic attached...

Works fine when I am on the LAN.

Are transfers supported over the internet?

Have you verified the firewall ports match up with the document?

Yea ok, I probably need to forward ports for the disk transfer on my router!!

Still not working for me.  I did configure my security server to listen on a custom port 4443 (since 443 is being used for something else in my network).

I tried forwarding port 902 to my security server and transfer server, but still unable to disk transfer.

Any other suggestions based on my network diagram?
