Training new employees to use Horizon Effectively

Hello...I've been unsuccessful and finding simple resources that can assist new employees in the operation of their virtual desktop environment. We use terminology like "Inside the virtual desktop" and "Outside the virtual desktop" to access certain applications. We find that it is confusing for many of or new employees to understand the difference. Do any of you have a good explanation or video tutorial that could be offered in a New Employee Orientation?
