Have anyone encountered this behavior? So far three programs are exhibiting this behavior: when in full screen, top portion (including resize controls and menus) of Adobe Reader, Chrome and IE become "transparent" - can't click on them - it started happening to us a week or so ago.... we use 7.4 with Windows 10 1607, teradici zeroclients...with nvidia grid and teradici apex cards... to make things worse it only happens on a "left" monitor in multi-monitor setup AND when one of the monitors has a different resolution
..... i'm afraid it's one of these situations where it's extremely rate this set of conditions happens so it may be unique just to us.....anyways...
What happens if you connect with a windows PC using two monitors? Does the same thing happen? Also are the zero clients up to date?
We haven't seen this happen using Horizon client on PC - but 95% of our usage is over zero clients, so we may not have enough data to say it doesn't happen there.... it's very sporadic even on zero clients... we're currently on teradici firmware 5.x.x (not the latest 5.5.1) - can't go to 6.x because of their sudden "policy change" where they require support contracts in order to use their latest firmware....
