Timeout in View4.

I am having a problem with a User connecting longer than 12 hours to a VM. it seems the VM disconnects after 12 hours of work. But when it relogs in, all work is still there. Is there a way of increasing the timeout?

There is a session timeout setting available under Global settings, configuration. You can adjust that to see if that fixes your issue.
