This desktop is currently not available. Failed to access MDM Device ID.

Trying to fix an issue with connecting to VDI using desktop client. I have an access to VDI using web client, but can't connect using desktop.

Steps:

1. Add server

2. Login into server

3. Click "Launch" of desktop from the list

Expected:

VDI connection established, i can see my remote desktop

Actual:

Error "This desktop is currently not available. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator."

 

Some additional info:

- can connect to this desktop (using the same credentials) from another PC with the same Horizon client application (with the same build)

- can connect to this desktop using web client

 

Found some errors during "Launch" in Horizon logs:

In the Broker admin UI page, please reset/restart the VDI desktop. Then connect to the VDI with Windows Horizon Client again.
