This desktop currently has no desktop sources available.

I am setting up VMware View 4 for the first time. I successfully created a my first test VM and can connect to it via VMware View Client with the admin account that it was created from. Now I want to connect to it as a user and when I do, I get the following error message.

"This desktop currently has no desktop sources available. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator."

What am I missing?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Is the pool persistent? If so, if you logged in once with one user, and try logging in as another, it will not work. The first user is tied to the vm, assuming you only have one vm provisioned.

Yes. ( I think )

Under this VM in View Manager I see the user I want to use as "Entitled" to use this VM.

Does that answer your question?
