I just ran into a bizarre situation here, and can't find any references to a similar problem anywhere else. We have a View 5 environment, with Windows XP cleint PCs and Windows 7 (32-bit) virtual desktops. The users have printers installed on their Windows XP computers, and those are coming through via ThinPrint just fine. But the color printers, which are set to print in color on the Windows XP computers and the print server Printing Defaults page, revert to printing in grayscale within the View desktops. The users can change that to color, and that will stick for a while, but then eventually will revert back to grayscale. This is obviously pretty annoying for the users, and I haven't been able to find any fix for it. Has anybody else run into this, or have any idea what can be done to make the View desktop printer just use the same default settings as the Windows XP printer?
