ThinPrint - How do I troubleshoot ThinPrint?

My ThinPrint is not working...  The printers do not show up on my VM.

What process should I follow for troubling shooting ThinPrint?

I am using View 5.0 Connection server, View Agent 5.0 running on Windows 7 x64, Windows View Client for Windows running on Windows 7 x64
