There must be a pretty big issue with Windows 10 - Build 1803 for the next release of VMware ThinApp to be taking this long. We have 1000 people using an application that must be run in single-user mode and therefore needed to be virtualized. Those users are required to stay on an older build of Windows for the ThinApp to work.
Not sure how many people are still running ThinApp out there, but this isn't the ideal situation for us.
