Please would you help out from this error we are installed Horizon 7 and We are from CMR GROUP OF ENGINNERING COLLGES we need to implement vmware in our college I kindly request you please provide support

Problem No :- 01
The user is not entitled to the desktop pool client-pc
we are assigned user in desktop pool and also we getting same problem we are able to see vm in Horizon client but we unable to connect same vm and we are able to login from other physical machine via Mstsc in vm please help me out for same and we using now trail version of Horizon 7.
