Thanks for sharing Mark - I laughed at your Netflix roaming scenario because we've ran into that exact same thing. Not so much the sound levels, but the fact that clinicians pull up Netflix for the patient and badge/reconnect elsewhere and Netflix disappears for the original patient... the things our clinicians do to keep our patients happy
