I can no longer connect to my desktop pcoip. I tried rebootin the vm and same error. I removed and reinstall view connection server. I am not sure why this has stopped working now.any idea?

Try logging in through your vCenter console and logging out.

I have seen it where it needed that in order for the agent to hook to the connection server.

Build a test pool off of the same image. Maybe 2-3 spawns. If you can log in remove the old pool.
