Tera Samsung Zero Client reboot

Error form Samsung Tera Zero Client :

2018-03-23T22:36:24.08Z> LVL:2 RC: 0 MGMT_UI :HTTP server redirecting request for (null)

2018-03-23T22:36:29.18Z> LVL:0 RC: 3 RTOS :RTOS failure!

2018-03-23T22:36:29.18Z> LVL:0 RC:-500 ASSERT :tera_rtos_byte_pool_put at line number 3858.

Reboot of Samsung

We have few rooms which reboots on the same time every week with this error RTOS failure.

Currently the VM's are not rebooting or any GPO is applied..

We see the Samsung Zero Clients reboots at a certain time..  This is not a pool issue, we log into the same pool in other area and no disconnects.

Not sure HTTP server redirecting request is above line before the RTOS error..

It looks like the Zero client is having some issues. Can you copy the entire log and post on the Teradici community forums? They will be able to figure out the issue very quickly.

Did you ever find out what was causing this issue?  I have some clients that are rebooting randomly throughout the day that have this same pattern.
